The Body Pain Central Return and Exchange Policy is designed to ensure that you have a worry-free shopping experience and to make your return or exchange as easy as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your product or products you have 30 days from your order date to return your products and we will reimburse your return shipping costs for all exchange or in-store credit requests and we do not charge any restocking charges for exchanges or returns. Exchange Policy
All exchange requests must be received within 30 days from the original order date. All exchange requests will be processed once they are requested from the "Exchange Form" at the Body Pain Central site. You will receive an e-mail confirmation which will detail the exchange and any credits or charges that may be issued to complete the exchange. Please do not return any products until you have received your new package as it will contain a Return Merchandise Authorization form and a return label to make your exchange as easy as possible.

Exchanges on unused Items
Unused products exchanged will be valued at 100% of the product sale price and a credit of $1.95 will be issued to cover your return shipping charges. Shipping charges for the shipment of your initial order are not considered in the value of your exchange.

Exchanges on used Items
Used products exchanged will be valued at 50% of the product sale price and a credit of $1.95 will be issued to cover your return shipping charges. Shipping charges for the shipment of your initial order are not considered in the value of your exchange.

Return Policy
All return requests must be received within 30 days from the original order date. All return requests will be processed once they are requested from the "Return Form" at the Body Pain Central site. You will receive an e-mail confirmation which will detail the return and the credit that will be issued. Please do not return any products until you have received an e-mail confirmation. You will be issued an additional credit of $1.95 if you choose to have your balance added to your account for future use at any Body Pain Central site.

Returns on unused Items
Unused products returned will be valued at 100% of the product sale price. Shipping charges for the shipment of your order are not reimbursed. If you choose to receive a Body Pain Central in-store credit you will be credited an additional $1.95 to cover your return shipping charges.

Returns on used Items
Used products returned for a credit card refund will be valued at 35% of the product sale price. Shipping charges for the shipment of your initial order are not reimbursed. If you choose to receive a Body Pain Central in-store credit you will be credited an additional $1.95 to cover your return shipping charges and the value of the products returned will be valued at 50% of the product sale price.

Returns on orders when Free Shipping is Issued
Currently all U.S. customers receive free shipping if their order total exceeds $50.00. If after a return is completed and the total of the order drops below $50.00, the normal cost of shipping ($5.95) will not valued or credited in the return total.

Damaged Packaging
A 15% damaged packaging charge will be deducted on return and exchange credits if an item is returned without original packaging or if the packaging damaged.
